Adjusted cull mode for the rim blur effect, the wheel no longer looks hollow at close-ups, well, see-through in the wrong places.

  • Updated DRL textures, should look like the one in ACC, but not overly translucent.
  • Updated and simplified brakediscFX code, and increased reflection to look more like in ACC.
  • Updated lights
