UPS CAVALLINO RAMPANTE F1 TEAM 2.1

Is a fantasy 2021. Scuderia decides to create its own "sister" team to give the opportunity to "Ferrari Academy" drivers to try the F1 experience.
The main colour is the yellow and the "Cavallino Rampante" on the sidepod that is ready to race.

Objective (1st year):
1) Give the seat to a Ferrari Academy driver
2) Try to beat Williams and other low grid teams
3) Help Scuderia to achieve good points (ex. defending position while being overtaken by other not familiar teams or letting pass Ferrari cars.

Tips:
1) I reccomad to use "automatic R&D" and "automatic structure upgrade", to make the career more realistic, like a "Ferrari CEO" that decides what to research and what to upgrade for the benefit of also the main team
2) I highy reccomend to use the amazing "F1 driver market 2022 mod", fullof Ferrari Academy drivers.
