updates to VRC 1997 F1 cars 1.01 final

Firstly, original mods are perfect enough, this is just change for T-cameras to match fisheye mod + adding some mics. I also adjusted gear ratio for both cars (ferrari now have that famous high rpm short 6-7 gear by default setup and williams lowered final ratio to match ferrari). Physics of those cars are not touched, gameplay is the same like before !

Install original mods from VRC and then copy those data files.
