Updated Wheel Covers for VRC's Ferrari F2007 (outdated) 1.1

For the years this car has been out, I always noticed that the rim outlines on the wheel covers were a little too... chunky? I also noticed that nobody has ever decided to try and fix them. Either way I decided to look at some images and decided to slim the rim outline down and make some other minor adjustments by taking some of those images and basically scaling it down and slapping it onto the wheel covers themselves. I'm not a digital artist so the quality might not be the best, but this took me almost 4 hours to do total for the wheels. Whoever wants to improve upon this has my permission to make any edits and redistribute as needed. Just please make sure to provide credit.
