THE PLAYER STARTS AS THE MANAGER FOR MCLAREN

This updates multiple things to start a career. These are the updated things that I have changed:

Updated Driver ratings and mentalities
All 2025 Driver Contracts - Daniel's contract expires so RB will choose a driver to go into that seat
Team performances
All weather for each 2024 race updated to be accurate

Team performances are the following:
McLaren/Ferrari/Red Bull fighting for the wins
Mercedes in their own area below the top 3
HAAS/RB/Aston Martin/Williams/Alpine fighting in the mid field
Stake alone at the back
