If you download the upcoming 2016 liveries as seen in W.I.P. thread, the 2016 grid update which actually includes updates for it in this mod and this physics mod 2.0 you will have the closest to reality with what Milestone gave us.
Installation:
- extract DATA.MIX, MENU.MIX and GFXPAK.MIX from your main MotoGP directory
- overwrite the files in their respective folders with my new files. i.e. the menu file "db.zts" goes in your MENU/TEXT/ and then whatever language you are using. For me it is MENU/TEXT/USENGLISH. You will always know where each file goes as I have included the root folders.
- finally repack DATA.MIX, MENU.MIX and GFXPAK with remixer
Here are 2 videos illustrating "how to race" in this mod, once again displaying the most realistic bike behavior.
AI much faster in QP now and race pace improved as well. Individual riders perfomances and positioning updated as well.
1:58:427 at Sepang...get soooome!! USE ONLY WITH HIGHEST DIFFICULTY SETTING!!
Update only includes one DATA FOLDER, so just use the tyrescatalog.bml file provided in Release Version 1.0 according to the weather when required. So, in case of rain, you'll grab the tyrescatalog.bml file from the WET WEATHER DATA folder provided in version 1.0. Then place that tyrescatalog.bml file in the NEW DATA FOLDER here: DATA/PHYSICS/TYRES. In dry conditions do the same with the tyrescatalog.bml file from the DRY WEATHER folder in release 1.0.
These changes are STRICTLY related to the AI strength, aggression and overall behavior not about bike physics!!
Use mixfile remixer to install as usual...
