-Powered by the same 1216cc Coventry Climax that powers the Lotus Elite and weighs the same amount. It uses the same gearbox as the Elite as well. The Climax was an option from 1958. The Grantura III was built between 1962 and 1964. 90 were built. It had an MGA rear differential in a TVR casing and used Austin Healey brakes.
TVR Grantura 1800s
-Early cars were fitted with an MGA engine although the one in this mod has the later B-Series from the MGB, along with an MGB gearbox. The car was produced from 1964 to 1967 and over a hundred were built. It also had an MGA rear differential in a TVR casing and usef Austin Healey brakes.

Notes
-The new engine in the 1800s was modelled on real, period data supplied by brulaap.
-The gearbox and diff ratios are all genuine.
