I think it's overall a well-done recreation of the 1997 Castrol Tom's #36 livery. However there's a couple things I would change if I were you.
1. The Castrol logos, the ones you used in your skin are the 60s logos, the 90s Castrol logo on the 1997 Supra had a different look.
2. The color of the green stripes are the wrong shade. Try 00654b as a color code and it should match the real car's stripes better.
