Use Ego ERP Archiver 5.1.2016.1230 to import both files in:

F1-2016\steamapps\common\F1 2016\asset_groups\animation_package\scenes\incardriver\2016
Open incardriver and go to:
lewis_hamilton_helmet_d.tga
Replace here: Lewis-Toyota helmet.dds (textures import)

When ask to save, go to:
F1-2016\steamapps\common\F1 2016\character_package\drivers\male\2016-mercedes_lewis_hamilton\textures

and select: lewis_hamilton_helmet_d.tga
now save.
you automaticle comes back to incardriver. Safe now to.

go to:
lewis_hamilton_helmet_d.tga
Replace here: (textures import)
Lewis-Toyota background.dds

Do the same as above with Lewis-Toyota background.dds
