Tojiro Ukiya is one of the most legendary drivers in Japan, yet barely known outside of Japan mainly due to his untimely death in 1965.
This Lotus Elan was sponsored by Toyota (TMSC) to race in the GT-II class race during the 1965 Japan Automobile Club CCC Tournaments around the newly built Funabashi Race Circuit in the Tokyo suburbs. Tojiro qualified for pole, and as the race went on it started raining quite severely. This only made Tojiro faster! He ended up finishing with a lead of almost 30 seconds over the next car, a Skyline 2000GT.
Yes this is a mod, Google where its from and you'll find it within 5 minutes.

(P.S, if any modder is up for converting a Funabashi mod from GT Legends, I'll be more than happy to help out with texturing)
