That's weird because I tested the track with a lot of cars from open wheelers to GTs and prototypes and this never happened to me, so my suggestion is to try doing a lap with a default GT3 from kunos to see if it is related to the car you drove or not. Also re-installing the track manually (not through CM) is an option.
