T300 FFB tweak for R3E v1

Login or Register an account to download this content
Custom FFB tweak for Thrustmaster T300.
It also adds a new "canned" road rumble FFB effect. The wheel will slightly vibrate along straights. It is a very subtle effect that counteracts that very smooth feel you get on some tracks.
Based on ravey1981 file from sector3 forums.

WARNING: Some users have reported strange behaviour with flatspots with TM wheels. This file has them ON.
If you are having weird FFB issues with the T300, downgrade to firmware v29 or v30. v31 seems to cause the issue with R3E. I recommend downgrading anyway because with v31 Thrustmaster removed the ability to use L3/R3 buttons with custom wheels.

T500/TS-XW/PC users can use this file, but you have to change FFB flatspot magnitude="0.0" due to a known bug.

Instructions:
Default settings in Thrustmaster Control Panel.
Adjust FFB multiplier per car basis to your liking.

Copy customm.rcs to Documents\My Games\SimBin\RaceRoom Racing Experience\UserData\ControlSet
Load profile in RaceRoom and update your bindings.

Or if you want to keep your input bindings, you can open your rcs file with notepad and replace all the lines from
