How - ToJust put all files from the "K-putt'er Folder" into the root folder of the game.
Example - E:\Games\F1 2013
You can Toggle the effect on or off by pressing the "Insert" key above your arrow keys.
The "END" key is the screenshot key.
"DEL" is for reloading the config file. You only need this if you change some things in the config file while ingame.
This Config was made with DX11 in mind. Some Shaders don't look the same with DX9.
