How to use 2018-ferrari_livery_d.dds ?

Hello, open "incardriver" and search "2018-ferrari_livery_d.tga" click on and after click on the texture tab and click "Import" and you select my file ^^

Its really well done and looking forword to the car livery if your gonna work on that but for me the textures are blurry for vettel and kimi textures are just missing texture.
