Subaru Impreza WRC 2001 Monte-Carlo/New Zealand - Burns/Solberg 1.1

This is small tweaks (but big painful lol) for default Impreza 2001's livery.
(Added some missing decals, and changed number of license plate)

There are 2 versions. Choose only one version at once!
- Rallye Monte-Carlo
- Rally New Zealand
Default liveries seems to inspired Rally New Zealand.

Issues
- Missing rally plate of hood (because couldn't find high quality images on the internet)
- Car number sticker of Rally New Zealand is incomplete (of course there's too few resources)
