For backwards compatibility reasons, the new parameter (NMmult) has a hidden +1 to it - since default value is 0, setting it to 0 means multiply normal map UVs by 1. Just a small requested feature so that the diffuse and normalmap can have different uv scales.
no functionality changes but one of the files had the wrong name and was making errors in the log.
