"Spec-4" Gran Turismo 4 (GT4) Chase Camera 1.0

Did a quick and very simple edit to kirbyguy22's "A-spec" chase camera mod that emulates Gran Turismo 3's chase cam. You can download that right here: https://www.overtake.gg/downloads/a-spec-gran-turismo-3-chaser-camera-for-csp.46150/

As far as this one goes, I just made the cam more loose compared to my "Spec 2.0" GT5 chase cam to emulate how to chase cam acts in Gran Turismo 4.

It's pretty darn spot on compared to the actual game from my observations and through testing.
