Added helmet and re done the design layers of suit for better workflow.

Sparco Driver suit 2016, Gloves and Helmet 2012 Fully loaded templates with Car manufaturer, oil/fuel. Tire and country flag logos. Many base and design colors to choose from.
Updated with an Arai helmet template and the suit design has been updated to include more colors and an easier workflow.

Any suggestions to improve the templates are welcome.
