I play without post processing filters, and it looks about a trillion times better with this new version of Sol. But I also had a black sky too when I first installed Sol 2.0, it was because I was using an old version of Custom Shaders patch. Updated to shaders patch 1.63 (because that's what the manual tells me to do) and now everything looks great. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!

Just read the install guide. There are thousands of workings installs of this mod, because the people read the manual first. We try to provide it in many languages, just to give the user a good start.

Even there is a tutorial video by a user, who describes the install step by step.

So please go on and watch that movie and/or read the install guide!

Also, there is a discussion section for every mod an RD, to get help before using the rating system to just annoy the people who worked hard to distribute free mods...

Amazing rendering but becoming too demanding, have FPS issues that i had not with 1.6.2, despite optimization on Sol config. Nice job whatever.

Amazing work ,as always! Sky looks amazing :D

However, my VR performance took a 45-50% hit no matter what setting i used IF i run with PP-filters on. Without it run very well, even with 3d clouds. I'm sticking to the older Sol and older CSP to keep using PP-filter.

Amazing update nonetheless. Lots of great new features!

Many thanks for making this amazing mod! I can't play AC without it. However, I'm having an issue with the latest version. When I start a new session temperature is always set to 30C and wind speed to 18km/h despite of setting different values through content manager. Reinstalling SOL didn't change anything, with version 1.6.2 I didn't have this issue.

Better you go to discussion page, if you have a problem. Look if custom weather is unchecked and if no weather plan is running. There is an option in the Sol_weather menu in CM->settings->apps menu. There you can uncheck to restore a weather plan with session start...
