No more front wheel cover (even in F3 camera mode)

thank you Hoksu for pointing out I can hide the wheel covers by making them invisible through skinning rather than hiding them with CSP extension. This will remove the covers even in F3 camera mode.

If you downloaded version 1.0 please remove the extension folder.

You can also add the following files from my skins to Thierry Warin's #201 skin so they will not appear on his skin either.
rims_nm.dds
rims_blur_nm.dds
rims_blur.dds
rims.dds

Also thanks to chrisi2174 for the dds files.
