V1.0- Further Improvements

-Modified Material Settings inside the 3D Model File
(Everything done with permission from the original author mantasisg)
-Many new Textures, including Reworked Tyres, Individual Wooden Steering Wheels and some slight tweaks here and there
-Additional config Files for Content Manager
We now have a more period- correct Driver sitting here
(If you haven't already, you need the 1923 Driver by Nicecuppatea)
