Hi Gary. Does it work with spectator mode on a server? Simhub is saying Waiting for session. Excellent job.

What game?
It should work correctly for F12019 and RF2 spectator modes...
Chat in the discussion pages....
As far as I can tell, it's the only thing of its kind to do what it does--make a TV-looking scrolling leaderboard that makes my crap driving look vastly more professional on a stream.

Thanks for the review..
It's amazing what a distraction a scrolling leaderboard can be to take your eyes off the racing... :)
Hi, beautiful app but, all the dashboards except the second screen that starts but after a few seconds crashes, do you know what it can be?
GarySwallow
GarySwallow
It is possibly too much data for you PC to handle while still running the game.
Try loading them one at a time to see which one overloads causing the crash.
The 2nd screen table is a LOT of data at once!!!
Hello and thanks for your work, its possible to, by editing the dashboad driverdetails, add an image.png with a picture of the team or logo?, so when you change to other driver it changes with his logo?, and same with tyres, if the car shown has hard compound, show a picture hard.png
thanks
GarySwallow
GarySwallow
Yes this is possible.
You just need to add the pictures you want to the dash and write some code to match the picture to the name.
When that driver is shown the image will change.
Same for tyres.. add your images and show based on the tyrename data.
This plugin is awesome. I have only 1 problem with it: it doesn't record the fastest sector times on the Broadcast 2nd Screen. It shows the last times, but under 'Best' part it shown only '00:00.000's everyhwere. What am I doing wrong?
GarySwallow
GarySwallow
Depends on the game. I do not calculate..I only show data from the game..so if the game does not give that data then it defaults to 0
i'm a player of f1 2019, is there a method to pick up gap sector between opponents from the game?
GarySwallow
GarySwallow
This is not given by the game (neither is best sector times!) So not available.
I do have an 'interval' time that is constantly updating in this version
Hi Gary good job again , only 1 thing isnt working The pit timer popup . Maybe itd because i use it in RF2 ???

cheers Peter

GarySwallow
Hi Peter.
It should work in RF2.
Have you tried on different servers as I have seen strange things happen on random servers
I can't imagine the time spent to make this awesome plugin and overlays

Many thanks ;)

Please join the discussion in the support section. I have another user with the same issue
Hey I reinstalled simhub and now it says

"An error occurred while loading plugin settings control for Garry Swallow Plugin (See logs for details)

Every time I open simhub

Any fix?

Make sure the dashtemplate folders exist.
There is an options file it is looking for in the GS - Options folder.
If it is not there it throws an error.
Loving it so far, but how do i enable the f1 style tv leaderboard?
GarySwallow
GarySwallow
Thanks.
Sadly the F1 style was removed a few versions ago...but will be back soon
Very nice. Can you add widget, where I can see actual sector like in real life? In that tower. you can see others sectors( purple, green), butr can u do it only for me vs Ai s?
GarySwallow
GarySwallow
What game? It should show sectors for all opponents..not just live players
Why there's no F1 styled leaderboard (anymore)?
GarySwallow
GarySwallow
I took it out whilst I worked on something else and never put it back in.
I will see about updating it and including it again in a future release :)
Works very good with RF2. Just a simple thing makes me wonder: The Gap to 1st Tab is not showing the Gap to first. It's somehow displaying the distance from my car (Player) to the car ahead.

Thanks for the review.
Can you please post a screenshot in the support section so I can see what is happening?
Just what I was looking for, but had no idea how to create myself. Thanks for your efforts :)

Hi. Thanks for the review.
I tested in single player and it works fine with AI. Please write a new post in the support section if you are still having issues and I will try to help
Great overlay, just want we have been looking for. Just need some advice on why the scrolling of the leaderboard doesn't work. Must be something I am doing. Also is there any chance of getting gap from car in front not just from 1st place? We are also using the web browser via VMix and seems to be working well.

This leaderboard is exactly what I was looking for. Fantastic job, thanks!

Awesome. I just have a question. Is it possible to change color on your own name in the side leaderboard? That would be nice.
GarySwallow
GarySwallow
Thanks for the review.
Your name can be highlighted (and originally I had it doing this) but I removed the formatting as it did not play well in RF2 spectator mode...and this is how it is used in a lot of leagues (spectator mode) for streaming.
If you really want it you can adjust it in dashstudio.. just look at each position's name text and in the options at the right hand side is an option to change formatting for when it is a player....i think it is player style or something.
I may add it back in for a future release if it works ok now in RF2 spectator mode...
