New tarmac added

Hi Guys

Normally the first thing I replace when updating a track is the the tarmac and was happy with the reworked original one at first.

After having a decent race the tarmac wouldn't stop bothering me so I decided to make a new one which looks much better now.

I have asked and sent messages to several people who have the knowledge to add dynamic racing line and marbles or anything to these tracks with no help.

Will ask here again and if anyone is able to add these features and am sure we would all appreciate it, you can send me a private conversation so that we can update as needed.
