First with the ferrari.erp,
Open your F1 2017 game save > open asset groups > f1_2017_vehicle_package > teams > ferrari > wep > replace existing ferrari.erp with new ferrari.erp
Then with the ferrari_decal_a.tga.mipmaps
Open your F1 2017 game save > open f1_2017_vehicle_package > teams > ferrari > textures > replace current ferrari_decal_a.tga.mipmaps with new ferrari_decal_a.tga.mipmaps
Done, launch game!
