will this mod work on the 2019 Ferrari car?

no this mod is only for f1 2018, and it also seems obvious because the resource is published on folder f1_2018_skin

Nice work. Is there any possibility to take Mission Winnow logo on the rear wing?

Unfortunately the 3D models of the cars have "gray" areas, ie where nothing can be done, neither coloring nor applying logos.
This is the best i can do, as regards the sf1000, while for other liveries on the ferrari, i can apply logos on the hood fin or change the logos on the bellies.
For example, I made the skin of the ferrari with the inscription 90 years on the engine hood fin.
