Anyone can change the number and the name on the side in Photoshop.
The original design is not mine, I have downloaded it from F1 2014 WIP thread but I do not know who the author is. If anyone knows please let me know so I can credit him. I have just modified his design for my career. Font name is supreme regular
P.S. I made this helmet using 2016 decals. I can do it with 2017 if anyone want's it.
