S397 IMSA 2019 GTD pack 1.6

RFCMP installation got replaced by MAS files. Simply can't ensure to keep them up to date anymore.
Check out the readme file for installation instructions.

- Updated the Audi liveries to match the cars version 1.61
- Updated the BMW liveries to match the cars version 1.55
- Updated the McLaren liveries to match the cars version 1.51
- Updated the AMG liveries to match the cars version 2.61
- Updated the Porsche liveries to match the cars version 1.51

Be sure to uninstall and delete the old rfcmp-package und restart the game before installing the new versions rfcmp-file.
The packages are named *vx.xxIMSA19 from now on to prevent mixing up the different seasons.

- The pack now includes realistic opponent filters for AI racing, see opener.
- The descriptions of the #8 Starworks and the #96 Turner car are now more precise.
