Another pit extension layout, this time for rt_bathurst taking the total potential grid to 66 cars.

There are no changes from the main track at all except adding a second column of pit boxes adjacent to the normal ones, and a starting grid slot to match all the painted lines visible on track.

Be warned: the PC I used to edit/test this sometimes struggles to even load the track without crashing with this many cars running at once. You might need to turn down your settings and/or keep well below the full 66 car limit.

This layout was tested with the most recent release of the track (as at September 2024). With minor modifications to the relevant models files etc, it will probably work fine with other tracks derived from rt_bathurst such as Legion's bathurst_faux_pre_chase, or hacked into weikangcai's no-chicane add-on etc - but I'll leave that up to you.

Had the same problem with a few rows in the middle not wanting to start. Can confirm the replacement ai you suggested fixed it right up. That said, a full 66 car grid here has been an incredible experience!
Great add-on for an already great track, when combined with the Faux versions it's a great stop gap whilst ABB build their 80's Bathurst track.

Thanks! I actually made this for the Legion Faux version as a first step before a complete 60s/70s skin for it, but after I heard hearing about the ABB team's push to mod the track even further it made sense to park that effort and just share this out for the RT track, then wait for ABB like you said.
Thank's for this add but just a problem on the S/F line(the new after N°36) : AI are slower or blocked when they cross it. Most of AI can't start from it?

Thanks for the report. That didn't happen during any of my testing (using mainly grids with Kunos GT3s, Guerilla GT4s and a handful of ABB cars as pictured above). AC cars can vary a lot though, so perhaps the ones you were using just don't behave the same. Which cars were they?

None of the AI paths, timing lines or sector markers were changed from the default track for this extension. Perhaps you might have better luck with alternate AI mods such as https://www.overtake.gg/downloads/bathurst-mount-panorama-rt-version-improved-ai-v8-supercars.57067/ ? You'd want to manually copy over the ai and data folders from that download into the 66pits folder.
