You need the RSS Formula Hybrid X Evo mod. Then either drop it in the CM window or install it manually by following the folder structure

Looks amazing only thing is Hamilton's number isn't yellow, it's like George's, black number with yellow edging

I have seen both versions, and I don't know which one is more recent. I wen't with the yellow one. I guess we'll know for sure in a week when the first round comes
