Fictional Williams FW21 livery for the RSS Formula Hybrid 2019 (http://racesimstudio.com/) based on the 1999 Williams Supertec (A car livery that was very divisive, But I always had a fondness for it, growing up).
Includes #6 David Schumacher (Son of Ralf Schumacher) skin and a quick concept helmet design, as well as a blank #5 skin, pit crew, etc.
