McLaren Abu Dhabi skins added

Update:
With the F1 2018 season having officially ended, I would like to take the opportunity to thank the skin authors again for their amazing work and having given me the permission to collect and redistribute their skins in this skin pack.

Without each of their individual contributions, we would not have had a complete grid of some of the best liveries ever used in Formula One.

Each author has been a true gentleman and I can't wait to see what other work you do in future!

Haas now included and Toro Rosso and Force India updates

Thanks to the amazing work by @speedracer1893, he has created the Haas VF-18 liveries which have now been included and replace the Porsche 919 liveries.
