Installation: In the folder there are two files, a .MAS and an UserData folder. Pick only one of them.
.MAS
Drag this file to "steamapps\common\rFactor 2\Installed\Vehicles\BMW_M4_Class1_2021\1.07"
It gives you the UI icons, but you have to move this file to a new version everytime this car's updated (e.g. from 1.07 to 1.08)

No UI icons, but it works even when the car is updated
