New AI line for Road Atlanta 2022 by John R

Edited the existing AI line using the AI Spline Editor app and AI hints to significantly improve lap times, improve side by side racing, and reduce crashing.

Works with GTs, prototypes, and open wheelers except the VRC formula alpha 2024 (random spins and driving off track)

I welcome anyone to edit and improve this as they see fit.
