Garage name, Pit perch and fixes.

This is a big update that includes the next stuff:

1) Garage names in each circuit of the game:

2) Pit perch in each circuit of the game:

3) New sticker fitter in the livery car than olders
4) The phone texture is now fixed in the motorhome/office crew

5) Also I fixed the T-Shirt of the driver in the intro of the interview, the texture of the intro was missing, so the player's shirt was blurred. Now is fixed too!

6) Minor bugs fixed and also the .rar compression is now more optimal and the size is much less than before!

New stickers for the Halo

- 4 New stickers for the halo that includes:
2 of Mild Seven (One with 14 & Alo name and other clean)
2 of Telefonica (One with 14 & Alo name and other clean)

Textures edit

- Edited some textures and minor bugs

Removed erp files, that I was upload for error.

- By mistake I had uploaded erp files in a manual folder that were from another mod, now everything is ok (Sorry for that).
