Red Bull Ring upgrades (DRS-Zones correction for Pyyer's ks_red_bull_ring extension)

This is an upgrade DRS-Zones package for @Pyyer 's Kunos ks_red_bull_ring extension.
I realised that the 2nd DRS-Zone in @Pyyer 's extension ended too early
and DRS would be closed well before slamming on the brakes,
so I edited the ending position of the 2nd DRS-Zone.
I also edited the Detection Point of the 3rd DRS-Zone,
as the original Detection Point was still the version
before 2017 when only 2 DRS-Zones existed.

P.S. Since 2018, a DRS-Zone has been added betwen the original 1st & 2nd DRS-Zone,
(1st and 3rd nowadays), to become the 2nd DRS-Zone today,
and the Detection Point of the 3rd DRS-Zone has also been moved
backwards at the point where the 2nd DRS-Zone ends.

<note>:
There were 3 files (with each of the track name) in the package file,
in order to install, just copy and paste them into the correct direction.
