You should be manual install with Ego ERP Archiver.
Don't forget!! Please backup your vanilla file FIRST!!
DDS file install location:
F1 2019/ 2019_asset_group/ environment_package/ tracks/ spa_francorchamps/ wep/ spa_francorchamps_common.erp
XML file install location:
F1 2019/ 2019_asset_group/ crowd_package/ mild/ config/ config.erp

If you don't want Orange crowd, Just install dds files except xml file.
If you use this mod combine with RAYNERPS3235's realistic sponsorboards update mod,
may be You can feel realistic synergy effect.
