Arduino connect with tachometer according to the instructions and connect in the program.

Rpm, Speed, kmh, Gear and Temp as Output
2 x Poti, 5 Buttons as input (handbrake, horn ...)
Use SERVOS, LCD, TFT, LED, BUTTONS, e.g. whatever you you can connect with your Arduino
