In Formula 1 there's a trend to eliminate more technical parts of the track - I mean, for example in past few years the layout changes in Barcelona, Melbourne or Singapore made the relevant parts more straight by eliminating some corners and chicanes. You seem to promote the opposite trend, as your B-versions of previous layouts become more interesting and technical. I'd like if F1 had learned something in this matter from you... (E.g. in F1 mods I only use Barcelona with last chicane - since the last part of the current, recently modified layout is boring from the cockpit point of view...)
Like you I enjoy interesting and technical track sections, even if they are a bit overdrawn, slalom-like or too narrow.
But we should keep at least one speed section in order to compensate those "slow down parts" ;-)
