Racing liveries for the 1959 C1 Corvette 1.2

4 new 1959 to 1961 SCCA liveries added to the two first ones, ready to enlarge the grid!

in this update:
The extention.ini file is updated to match with the added skins.

For more realism, these skins are intended to work with the
driver_60, not the driver_fedora from the original car.
This is why you will find in the zip a driver3d.ini made to work fine with a driver_60.

I also precised in the readme.txt the installation mod.
