The Porsche 917 Living Legend didn't get much love from the community but I liked the car. But the mod was not good. RTM initially released the mod which was low quality. But it was later updated which is available on assettoworld. Just search Living Legend and you'll find it.

Car: Porsche 917 Living Legend on assettoworld.

This update added wipers and working fans on the original mod by RTM which was very low quality in terms of physics and the car was a suicide box through high speed turns. So I thought this is a good starting point to see how car physics are edited in Assetto Corsa.

This is my first car physics work ever on any game. But I have tested it thoroughly and made extensive changes. I think the car is now good.

Here are the changes I made to the car:
- Fixed aero stability. Gave up tweaking values to keep my sanity and added Kunos car wings.
- Fixed suspension travel so tires won't clip through the body through highest of impacts.
- Adjusted gear ratio to match new aero and still have top end performance.
- Made front splitter adjustable.
- Made necessary setup screen changes.
- Improved on board cameras.
- Adjusted dash view. I think its better but maybe it only suits my setup.

I started this mod alongside some skins for the car and those turned out beautifully. I think once you guys see that you guys will want to drive this car so get this update. Here's a teaser:

There's a lot more where these came from so look forward for me to post these.

Since this is my first physics mod, please review and let me know if I did a good job or not or what kind of changes you'd like to see.
