updated internal and externals

Added a few more samples and the Porsche rattle noise on the internals, that's the main thing. And a bit more volumes tweaks all around. Check it out and compare this with the first v1.0 video

small update

- INTERNAL changed the levels a bit and added brake discs squeal sound
- EXTERNAL leveled out all volumes more, a 1 dB up/down here and there...
