[PLUGIN] Rally mud flaps 1.0.2

This plugin add rally mud flaps to Satsuma. You can repaint it to other color (mudflaps.dds). You can also easily and quickly change the model in the assets folder.

How to install:
0. You need have Mod Loader
1. Copy with replace MudFlaps.dll and Assets folder to Mod Loader mods folder
