[PLUGIN] Low profile tires 1.0.0

This mod replaces the tires for the Satsuma with low profile ones. All tires have the same outer diameter and two inner versions: for 13 and 14 diameter rims. Switching to a stretched version is available in the plugin settings. You can easily change the models or physical radius (only used when installed on Satsuma) in the assets folder.

How to install:
0. You need have Mod Loader
1. Copy with replace XLowProfileTires.dll and Assets folder to Mod Loader mods folder
