TV-Camera fix and better colissions

Hello there!

Finally managed to get a little time to work on my project. In changelog 1.2 you can find:

- fixed mod crash on TV camera (F9)

- fixed collisions of harmonica mesh so it'll not pass through the terrain/objects

Tweaks and save/load feature

Hi there everyone!

Thank you for downloading my mod. Many of you people feedback got me to the idea of an update, so harmonica itself could be more compatible to your needs.

Changelog of JailHarmonica (1.1):
- fixed a spawn mechanic
(for some users, instrument was no visible anywhere besides garbage dump)
- added save/load function
(you can finally get your harmonica anywhere and with your save, it will stay on a last spot you put it on!)
- added a feature to bring harmonica back if you lose it by some unexpected game behaviour
(Press "HOME" button to bring it in front of your face)
