[PLUGIN] Fog Lights 2 2.0c

Welcome to the Super-Deluxe, OCD Edition, re-imagining of Серёга's original Fog Light mod!
Features include:

• Satsuma style rotating light switch
• ModLoader settings compatible (almost! see below)
• Selectable colour and intensity for both light and lens tint
• Selectable high or low mount position
• Low mount is fender flare front spoiler compatible
• High mount is standard front spoiler compatible
• Wiring aware (almost! see below)

Note: to save the settings correctly you will need MSCLoader version 4.4 which you might need to download manually.
Also, these lights don't just "work" you need to do stuff:

• Light switch needs to be on
• Wiring from the firewall to the headlights harness needs to be present (so the mod doesn't have it's own wiring as such it just checks you have *some* wiring for lights)
• Electrics must be OK

For example, if you start the car and remove the battery with the engine still running the fogs will cut out. Turning off the ignition also kills the lights.
