What i fixed:
Some wiring are missing;
Battery dead and not mounted;
Fan Belt not mounted;
SparkPlugs not mounted;
Bad Carburetor ajusted;
Not Oil Filter;
You can ignore the "BOOM" sound, because the engine is cold and that's why make's this sound.
