Update 2.0 - UI Addition & Cleanup

- Added Video Preview!
- Added more UI elements : MAP (Track Overlay) and SCANNER!
- Merged PDash with my NFSMW05UI Skins!
- Rewritten installation guide!
- Updated Image Previews!
- Renamed folder names for multiple Skins/HUD's installations!
- Changed Speedometer Scale (Bigger) and limited RPM to 8.5K!

(Tests were distributed in a very short time, results may differ, any feedback would be appreciated!)

Update 1.1 - Optimization

!!!DELETE PREVIOUS NFSMW05SPEEDOMETER FOLDER IF YOU HAVE IT IN YOUR SKINS FOLDER!!!

- Fixed very high ram usage (Up to 1/6 Ram Usage) when enabling speedometer and keeping it enabled
- Fixed shuttering and freezing after enabling the app
- Optimized textures
