A Legend ahead of his time. Don Panoz arguably laid the foundation of Endurance racing today. Having started the American Le Man Series back in 1999, he wanted to create a cohesive racing series that crossed the Atlantic, after one season in 2001 the ELMS failed to gain any traction. This was the only time this customer Panoz appeared at the Donington race back in 2001 headed by Westward Motorsport where it came 5th ahead of the two manufacture run Panoz cars.
