Pacific Coast 1.0 Update

Pacific Coast 1.0 - Replaces pretty much everything!
First thing to say, this 1.0 is not to be considered final, more updates will follow over the coming months. This is more to be considered a much needed replacement for 0.95.

IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL Pre-Release versions will not work with this 1.0 Release version online.
Please delete any previous Pacific Coast install and download and install the 1.0 Version! (ONLY from Race Department)
The coming soon PCH Extras Pack, also Will not work with ANY Pre-Release version!

Features Include:
5.2 million poly physical road meshes
Hundreds of thousands of Bushes / Trees (LAYERED, put on Max World Detail to see them all, medium to reduce them for performance)
Roadside rocks - collidable (some have fallen in the road)
Parked roadside vehicles
CSP Grass / RainFX / Lighting
Coastal sound FX
Dynamic air & ocean traffic

Layouts:
Northbound - 26 Pits - AI line - Track Cameras
Southbound - 50 Pits - AI line - Track Cameras
Cruise - 70 Pits - NO AI line - No Track Cameras (Online Server Use)

Over the coming days
I will be releasing an optional (Free or name your price) Pacific Coast - Extras Pack via my Phoenix Mods Store.
This will include Traffic options and a Mansion with 6 level underground parking garage.

Traffic Two-Way - 55 Pits - Bi-Directional AI line - No Track Cameras
Traffic Mansion - 55 Pits - Bi-Directional AI line - No Track Cameras
Cruise Mansion - 70 Pits - NO AI line - No Track Cameras

Addon Helicopter Cameras on Northbound & Southbound layouts.

A total rebuild... and as such there will be things I've missed out or need to sort / tweak... This is a little early to uploading this...
But it's about time everyone tried the new road layout...
It's been lined up to a high res (1 billion pixel) satellite image...
So be aware some corners might catch you out now...

I've added a mansion free roam layout with 118 pit boxes...
This is only to be used for practice or online...
There are no AI and no track cameras...

The 1st 8 drivers into any servers. start here....
Then the next 4 drivers start at the gas pumps

Then drivers get alternated between the North and South parking lots...
Tweaked a few shaders that needed adjusting... where I used outdated persistence files
Added track cams (Thanks @dodz27)
A few adjustments on the terrain mesh
Tweaked AI hints.

Added Crash Barriers (195)
Added a few bushes (15k)
Added some Bridges...
Tweaked the asphalt shader... Thanks to @LilSki for help with this :thumbsup:
Added kerbs around Parking Lots...
Added a collision meshes around Gas station & pumps
Closed some mesh holes... One day I'll get all of them...!
Removed the Ideal Lines to get the file size under 300MB
Tweaked tree shaders
And... Had to add a Pacific Coast balloon...

Due to when I had a kn5 purge
(I had multiple versions of things I was testing)
There was a typo in the model.ini's
So the Southbound roadsigns were not referenced. This is what you should have seen!

Will use these signs at a later date... But more important things to add 1st ;)

Improved Textures
Added 1st version high resolution FFB mesh
Added Cruise Layouts (AI run at 80% and on the right)
Added roadsigns to North layout
Added Track cameras to North layout
Added Chevrons to South layout (Big Sur)
Changed UI previews
Improved AI for Race layouts
(inc AI hints so a GT1 or 962C should make it)
Enable tree shadows
Re-structured trees in to layers..
(Will add Medium_Far, Far, and distant layers to the next version)
Far improved ocean shaders (will need a few tweaks)

Added gas stations at either end of the track
(If you remember the original Test Drive game) ;)

22 pits boxes in the parking lot behind.
Pit box 1 & 2 are either side of the gas pumps.
Re-worked trees
Re-worked track cameras
Tweaked AI line (South) for AI to get through Salmon Creek Chicane better...
(turn on track description App to see zone names)
Added invisible collision mesh on some of the worst corners.. If you're tough enough, rename, move or remove 7.kn5!
Re-worked textures (More needed)

Check my downloads if you want California Plates...
Or if you want the California Highway Patrol skins...

Smoothed out almost all bumps...
Tweaked tarmac shaders
Added audio zones
Added ambient track sounds
Added a pit_lane.ai so race weekend is possible
(but for some reason the AI seem to do 40mph?)
Moved a few sign postions
Reduced poly count on terrain mesh (more needed)
Added US roadsigns... Will add to these and re-position if needed
Added ocean detail,
Adjusted bankings/cambers/elevations.. More needed
Added some placeholder, medium and far trees
Added track sections.ini
