In this skin were edited all road/asphalt, vegetation, terrain textures. Can be something else (like mansion's textures). All transitions, tones overall balance should be smooth/correct. Skin including 12k terrain texture (pch_terrain.dds), you can replace it by 4k if having issues or what. Tested with MSI 1660 GeForce GTX SGX (6Gb) and higher

This mod for using with CM (Content Manager), but can be used without it, as default track's skin by putting texture's files into pacific_coast_hwy\skins\default\ - folder
